Paralegal - Commercial Litigation

Vinden Lawyers is seeking a committed and experienced Commercial Litigation paralegal. We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our busy Commercial Litigation team. This role combines administrative support with hands-on experience in litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and court documents with high attention to detail.
• Assist lawyers in managing costs including, preparing cost estimates, updates and costs disclosure documents.

• Manage discovery and evidence in large-scale proceedings

• Prepare briefs for counsel and liaise with experts

• Support senior lawyers in managing complex litigation cases, including research, document preparation, and case management.
• Attend court proceedings and assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and ADR.
• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Analyse and summarise legal documents, statutes, and case law to support case strategies.
• Prepare and review correspondence related to ongoing litigation matters.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
