About the Role

You will be working on behalf of our client, a luxury global brand in automotive. You will be connecting with Business and Consumer customers around Australia to assist with any queries and resolve outstanding balances. Here, you will use your empathetic attitude with the customer, understand their situation, and develop a tailored outcome.

If you’re interested, here is what you need to know.- Monday to Friday - No weekends- Rotating shift hours 8;30am to 8:30 pm- Training located in Latrobe Street Melbourne CBD. Close to public transport and $12 all-day parking at your doorstep- Post Training - Hybrid Model
