**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mailbox.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Canva.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
