**Your Role at Nextt**:
Join us in making a difference As a disability support worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and implementing daily activities for our clients. This includes providing personal care, domestic assistance, and supporting community engagement.

**Exciting Openings in Ballarat**:
The role is based in
**Ballarat **and is working in a SIL. Our client is looking for support workers that will perform personal care, assistance with every day living and social interactions in the community.

**_We have a range of shifts available across Day, Afternoon, Night, Sleepover and Weekends_**

**Requirements**:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:

- Pevious Experience working with Mental health or intellectual disabilities
- NDIS workers screening check - must be current
- VIC Working with children check - must be current
- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.
