**T and K Support Services** is a values-driven disability support provider based in Ballan, Victoria. Our focus is on supporting participants to live with greater independence, build their capacity, and achieve their goals — however big or small.

What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for support workers who are:

- Passionate about person-centred support
- Skilled in building real connections and supporting people with **complex needs**, including those with **mental health challenges, AOD (alcohol and other drugs) backgrounds, and psychosocial disabilities**:

- Comfortable working across a range of settings — in participants' homes, SIL (Supported Independent Living) environments, and out in the community

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation
- Assist with community access, appointments, and transport
- Encourage and support capacity building and independence
- Build strong, trusting relationships with participants and their care teams
- Respond with empathy and professionalism in challenging or complex situations

Desirable:

- Experience working with individuals with **mental health conditions**, **AOD backgrounds**, and **dual diagnoses**:

- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and/or positive behaviour support
- A genuine interest in walking alongside people as they navigate challenges, grow, and reclaim their independence

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
