As our full time Ward Clerk, reporting directly to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the unit by providing administrative support to ensure the efficient ward operations and excellence in customer service to all patients, visitors, medical staff and unit staff.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Supporting the nursing team with smooth and efficient administration management
- Supporting the Nurse Unit Manager with team administration requirements
- Managing medical records
- Timely management of the patient management systems for admissions, discharges, etc

**To be successful in this role**

Your well-developed customer service and general people skills allows you to adjust quickly and work effectively as part of any team that you join. Excellent with your time management and organisation skills, you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

You will have:

- Previous medical administration experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with patient information systems
- Excellent comunication skills and a positive can-do attitude
