We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Supervisor** to join our team at the Ultima Function Centre. As a premier venue hosting events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily operations during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Supervise and manage staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing support.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are met consistently.
- Handle client inquiries and address any issues promptly and professionally during events.
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize efficiency and improve guest satisfaction.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in hospitality, event management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet event schedules.
- Willingness to travel as needed to fulfill the demands of the role.
- A current **Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)** certificate is mandatory.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $51,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 3 years (required)
- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)
- Bar management: 2 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
