Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact and contribute to the success of a dynamic company? Look no further We are currently seeking an Inventory Officer to join our expanding team in Sydney, New South Wales.

As our Inventory Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our business during its next phase of growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, including the Operations Manager, Operations Officer, Manufacturing Team, Supply Chain Manager, and Logistics Manager.

**Your new role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Officer with receiving components and conducting incoming goods inspection
- Kit Manufacturing Orders and perform pick and pack for outgoing shipments
- Conduct final quality checks and maintain inventory and stock keeping
- Coordinate with the Logistics Manager for outgoing shipments
- Prepare and upload Final Quality Check documentation
- Liaise with the production team on timelines and priorities of kitting
- Complete ad-hoc inventory tasks and provide office administration support

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong multitasking abilities, meeting deadlines, and handling pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- "Can do" attitude and willingness to help in a variety of tasks - we're a small warehouse where everyone pitches in
- While some experience (1-3 years post-education) is preferred, we also welcome graduates to apply
