We are currently in partnership with a large medical technology provider searching for an Inventory Controller based in Macquarie Park.

PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our client based in Macquarie Park looking for an experienced Inventory Controller.

Due to expansion, the team are now looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and be a vital addition to these Macquarie Park based clients, customers, and project teams.

As the Inventory Controller, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers, so previous exposure to inventory is crucial.

**Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to**:

- Enable the distribution and movement of inventory. Run the process to move stock between warehouses either the Direct Requirements Planning (DRP) or via STO process
- Ownership of the franchise returns management process including liaising with all locations on regular plans for
- Ownership of Scrap management ensuring ANZ meets MAPS controls
- Working closely with the stocking locations to execute Lifecycle management projects & initiatives
- Control movement of product for re-work with 3rd party vendors.
- QA release of finished goods.
- Co-ordinate product allocation and rationing to network with marketing team.
- Identification, prepare and plan of inventory improvement initiatives which drive seamless execution of E&O & scrap reduction activities across all locations.
- Investigate any IDOC issues and resolve. Run monthly analysis of IDOC issues and present findings to finance and Ops.

**Essential Requirements**:
**Desirable**

1-2 years in the supply chain planning or inventory management
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- SAP Experience or equivalent ERP systems experience.
- Business reporting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused: Willing to help at all times.
- Excellent time management with good organisational skills
