**About this role**:
Award winning Architecture firm in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join their team. You will be helping their BIM Operation Manager, in building up their entire BIM system, including providing support, assistance, support, training, mentoring and model reviews in Archicad. This is a contracting roles initially for 3-6months, with scope to turn permanent
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop BIM standards and management systems within the office using Archicad
- Assist in developing documentation
- Conduct reviews of models for accuracy and coordination.
- Content creation: Families such as parametric, formula, nested and type catalogs
- Provide regular guidance to project teams as relates to BIM production.
- Keep studio leadership informed of new technologies and advise on integration.

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator working in an architecture firm
- Advanced Knowledge of Archicad on large-scale projects
- Experience developing and adopting BIM workflows and implementing BIM strategies
- Strong documentation skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas
- Proactive problem solver.
