**About this role**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate BIM Manager and ArchiCAD guru to join a well-established, thriving Melbourne studio with a National offering. The BIM Manager’s role is to understand how ArchiCAD will effect project workflows and project management throughout the firm, working alongside one other in a similar capacity to provide expansive office support and training platforms. Join a larger sized tier one practice well known for their great office culture and high quality work. Key sectors include multi-res, tower, commercial and mixed-use projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage software products incorporating new version releases and customisation of ArchiCAD
- Be pro-active in the improvement of BIM processes and standards
- Provide extensive ArchiCAD training for new starters as well as ongoingly support others in improving their BIM skills
- A hands on role you will be happy to set up models when needed and review systems, problem solve and answer questions
- Work well with others and contribute to a positive team culture
- Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies
- Stay informed on other BIM related software and how they work with ArchiCAD
- Provide group training as well as one-on-one support to individuals in the team
**Skills and Experience**
- Approx 8+ years past experience within an architectural practice including experience on large complex projects
- Ideally trained as an architect or a technician
- Experience with documentation using ArchiCAD
