We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Creative Production Assistant to support the Production Manager to coordinate the smooth running of all School productions and performing arts events from Kindergarten to Year 12. This role is expected to contribute to the design of sets and props for School productions but be confident to build and mobilise resources to realise the vision. This role should also be willing to assist with other technical production aspects.

**The successful applicant must**:

- Have formal qualifications in set design, carpentry or technical services.
- Be experienced working with relevant power tools.
- Understanding of OH&S practices in a construction context.
- Have additional skills relevant to working in theatre, such as scenic or digital art.
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Possess high level planning and organisational skills.
- Possess a positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships.
- Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a collaborative team.
- Have a current Working with Children Check (Employee) or be willing to obtain.
- Hold First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis Certificates, or willing to obtain this prior to commencement.
- Have a current National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
