**Your Role: Production Assistant**

If you're a detail-oriented, quick learner who loves coordinating tasks and making things run smoothly, this is the role for you. As our Production Assistant, you'll be the linchpin between production, merchandise, and shipping. From managing purchase orders to keeping tabs on shipments, your organisational skills will be the driving force that ensures our products reach the right place at the right time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Product Management: Keep our systems up to date by inputting product details, order statuses, and shipping information.
- Purchase Orders: Efficiently generate accurate purchase orders and maintain communication with suppliers.
- Shipments: Take charge of tracking shipments, notifying the team about any delays, and maintaining records.
- Barcode and Pricing: Maintain accurate barcode and pricing info across systems and communicate changes to suppliers.
- Support the Team: Collaborate on tasks like completing invoices, packing lists, and quarterly order forms.
