St Michael’s Grammar School is seeking a passionate and dynamic educator to join our vibrant learning community as a **Teacher of Product Design and Technologies**, with a specialisation in **Textiles**.

This full-time position is a **Long Service Leave replacement** for **Semester 1, 2026**, and offers the opportunity to teach across a range of year levels, including:

- VCE Product Design and Technologies (Units 3&4 and Units 1&2)
- Year 10 Textiles
- Year 8 Textiles
- A House Tutor allotment as part of our Pastoral and Wellbeing program

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking a teacher who is:

- **Qualified**, with a relevant tertiary qualification in education and teaching methods
- **Experienced** in VCE Product Design and Technologies (preferred, but not essential - support will be provided for those new to VCE teaching)
- **Skilled** in managing OH&S in a practical classroom, including maintaining student machine training records
- **Collaborative**, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- **Engaged**, ready to contribute to the full life of the School
- **Registered** with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- **Certified** in Anaphylaxis management or willing to obtain certification before commencement
- **Cleared** via a current National Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to starting
