**About the job**:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Relationships - LiSTNR, the **Campaign Executive - LiSTNR**, is responsible for the exceptional implementation of client campaigns. By collaborating with various departments, including but not limited to, the production team, creative team ‘The Studio,’ and the Sales team you will ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Provide exceptional implementation, project management, and administrative support to nominated Account Managers and Sales Managers
- Support execution of sold branded podcast campaigns from end-to-end, from ideation through to execution
- Provide clients with booking process collateral and ensure deadlines are met by all parties; tracking campaigns weekly, ensure projected impression goals are being met, provide clients with post-campaign reports and airchecks
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to coordinate the creation of commercials, promotional credits, live reads, online elements, sponsorships, major station partnerships, and other integration solutions as required
- Submit branded podcast bookings into VT, Salesforce and Operative
- Work closely with branded podcast producer; assist with developing series themes, exploring potential guests, scheduling in guests, manage studio bookings, create raw edits (source best content) of branded episodes for audio imagers to producer
- 2 - 4 years demonstrated experience in customer service in media sales
- 1 - 2 years podcast, online, interactive implementation experience (desirable)
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated sales drive and success in delivering exceptional client outcomes
- Experience using Salesforce, VT or Operative (highly desirable)
