**What You’ll Do**

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in making every customer experience exceptional. You’ll:

- Lead, motivate and develop a passionate team who love what they do
- Manage the daily operations of a thriving café environment
- Keep everything running smoothly — from rostering to stock control
- Drive sales, manage budgets and exceed targets
- Jump in on the floor when needed — we’re a hands-on, all-in kind of team

**What You’ll Bring**

We’re looking for someone who’s a natural people person, a great organiser, and who leads with heart. You’ll bring 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail, with a proven track record of meeting sales and performance goals. You know how to inspire and support a high-performing team, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication, problem-solving, and multitasking are key. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for customer service and great food.
