**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coach and motivate our team to achieve goals and targets
- Craft well-planned rosters to optimize staffing levels
- Provide routine reports on KPIs (sales and labour cost)
- Manage stock control and ordering processes

**Who You Are**:

- 2-3 years of proven managerial experience in hospitality.
- Organized, deadline-oriented individual with a knack for maintaining operations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $90,050.00 per year
