**We are looking for well-presented, experienced event wait staff who wish to be apart of something special.**

**What your responsibilities would be**:

- **Set up of conferences, sit down dinners, cocktail functions across multiple venues.**:

- **Food and Beverage service including 3 course dinners, basic bar service, table service and spirits.**:

- **Lifting chairs, tables and event equipment throughout the estate**
- Food and wine knowledge is highly regarded or interest in learning
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Proven ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
- **MUST **have hospitality experience
- **MUST** have an RSA certificate

**About you**
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
- Friendly and Positive Attitude
- A strong work ethic and ability to do heavy lifting
- Ability to arrange transport to and from work

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
