**Role Summary**:
The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist is an exciting opportunity in our Digital Customer Experience team based at our Perth CBD office.

The purpose of this role is to support the wider Customer Marketing team in delivering key customer and business objectives via digital channels - leveraging, Synergy owned and 3rd party channels.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Support the Digital Channel Lead and team in delivering the delivery of campaigns and strategic initiatives to increase Synergy’s digital footprint
- Facilitate and manage key optimisation strategies and 3rd party relationships to drive an uplift in online services and sales through the delivery of tactical and always on campaigns
- Facilitate and manage the conversion measurement framework across our digital channel
- Provide and manage the ongoing performance reporting of our digital platforms
- Utilise the digital channel to build customer loyalty and enhance brand equity by consistently engaging with and providing value to our customers

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree qualified in marketing, commerce or related discipline
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in a similar Digital Marketing role
- Digital marketing and communication experience, including understanding of digital formats and CMS.
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe and Google Analytics
- Experience in designing, implementing, and analysing tests to understand the effectiveness of campaigns
