**WHAT’S INVOLVED?**

This exciting role of Digital Marketing Coordinator is about developing and executing digital marketing plans and driving customer acquisition and conversion for 2 leading Australian brands

Reporting to the amazing Sales and Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with a fun, passionate and driven bunch of people across the sales, marketing, and digital teams working on a variety of projects.
- Contributing to the development and execution of digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to EDMs, Social, Online Marketing, promotions, and product content updates.
- Managing company websites.
- Managing the customer database and have a strong understanding of database segmentation
- Executing marketing campaigns and communications with our database
- Liaising and working with external digital agencies when required
- Staying up to date on industry trends and technology
- Competitor monitoring and reporting
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team across campaigns / key projects

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

You must have a genuine care for sustainability and a care for the environment. If you don’t love the product you sell, you can’t be truly passionate about it. This is really important.

You will also need:

- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management and/or PR (e - commerce experience will make us smile)
- Qualification in Marketing or related discipline essential
- Social media content creation skills
- Solid data analytics, insights and campaign reporting skills
