**What this opportunity involves**:
We are on the lookout for an experienced professional to join our Perth based team to become our new Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of JLL based at our Cockburn Gateway and Belmont Forum centers. Responsible for delivering relevant and integrated digital marketing strategies from concept to execution.

You will be integral in helping us to improve our automation to segment and target our existing customers as well as identifying new customer targets effectively and efficiently. You will be managing the implementation, optimisation and execution of multiple digital marketing strategies in your assigned portfolio, meeting business and brand goals.

**An Overview of the role**:
Working closely with the Marketing team to guide and assist in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy and deliver the implementation.
Develop and drive digital campaigns that deliver results and align to centres brand and marketing objectives.
Management of paid digital ads.
Manage owned Social Media channels including oversight and input into content strategy and creation as well as leading the community management.
Creation, management and implementation of digital campaigns including EDM’s for both centres.
Campaign analytics, reporting and tracking to deliver customer and business insights as well as set up of all tracking measures, including but not limited to Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
Website content management
- working closely with the team and external developers to identify functionality improvements and ensure the website is always up to date with content and SEO optimisations
Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
Manage budgets and reporting to show ROI and use learnings and insights to improve performance and customer experience.

Degree in Property, Business, Marketing or related discipline is highly desirable
Proven years’ experience in digital marketing on client or agency side
Experience with automation tools such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, Pardot or similar highly favourable
Hands-on implementation and optimisation experience of digital campaigns across a range of Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Marketing platforms including (but
