Based at our Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, this role is responsible for administering, facilitating and managing social media strategies and content across all Aje owned organic social channels, ensuring Aje standards are maintained and delivered in order to grow followers.

**As a Social Media Executive, your tasks will include**:

- Supporting and providing input for an insight-led, global-level social media strategy; setting KPIs, content planning roadmaps
- Working with the Social Media Manager to recommend what competitions, promotions, activations will generate acquisition and engaged audience growth through the Aje social channels
- Contributing to the TikTok strategy, with an eye on global growth for this channel; keep up to date with the latest TikTok trends/influencers/music and utlitise these findings by creating and strategising TikToks for the Aje account
- Scheduling and publishing approved social media content on a weekly basis across all platforms (primary focus Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, then Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Creating captions for all social channels
- Working with the PR and Brand Relations team to integrate influencer content
- Community Management across Aje owned social media channels
- Remaining up to date with the Social Media market trends globally and in the fashion space, and keep Aje at the forefront of social media execution
- Reporting performance metrics (acquisition, engagement, conversion) as required by the Social Media Manager

**Our expectations**:

- 3-4+ years experience within an organic social media-related role within the fashion industry
- A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
- Extensive experience in creating highly-engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
- Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
- Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
- Strong visual eye that aligns with the Aje identity
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines
- Proven ability to analyse data and present results to senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual details and accuracy
