Our product teams are the eyes and ears of Cuscal. They’re client-focused relationship managers, serving everything from business development, marketing, fraud, and customer support. They work out what clients need, so we can build it and launch itoften, in months, not years.

**We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Group Finance & Planning team**

**About Role**:
The role supports the Business Unit Finance Manager in the delivery of quality advice and information to support their allocated business unit Domain to meet and exceed their financial targets in the short, medium and long term.

In this role, you will have a broad set of responsibilities including:

- Manage the P&L, analysis and financial performance reporting to the Domain Lead and their Leadership teams
- Provision of high-quality driver-based commentary and insights to support key stakeholder decision making
- Business partnering with key stakeholders in the Domains and across Channels and Finance teams
- Managing the Domains annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes delivering high quality driver-based insights, including risk and opportunities
- Manage the finance inputs into product scenario and pricing models and analysis, working closely with Product Teams, Domain Leads and Account Management to deliver pricing strategies for Client proposals, renewals, and mergers
- Support delivery of half year and year end domain reporting requirement
- Ad hoc projects and process improvements, delivering continuous improvement opportunities within the BUF teams finance ways of working

**About You**

To be considered for this exceptional role, you will have:

- Have strong analysis, management accounting and financial modelling skills.
- Pricing experience would be an advantage
- Ability, and demonstrated experience, in working autonomously to drive business outcomes.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to identify when data and analysis is materially incorrect, and obtain solutions.
- Advanced ability to understand business objectives and drivers and how these translate into financial measure
- Proven and effective business partnering abilities
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ideally, payments / retail banking experience
