Leading plasterboard company requires CSO/Data Entry officer for a 3 month assignment with the potential to become permanent, starting immediately.

**Customer Service Officer/Data Entry**

Our client, one of Australia's leading plasterboard products Company is seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry officer to join their team for a Temp-Perm assignment based in Welshpool.

Working hours: Full Time hours

Start Date: Immediately (Temp with the possibility of permanent placement)

Pay Rate: Approx $32ph + Super

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- High volume of data entry
- Filing and updating work instructions
- Entering & updating details into large database
- Screening and confirming employee competencies
- Data cleansing removing any duplicate or incorrect information
- Ensuring all compliance with tickets are kept up to date
- Revision of the database when necessary and manual filing
- Adhoc administration duties

**Experience Required**
- High level of attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Well organised, focussed, and able to prioritise
- **SAP experience desirable**:

- Systems literacy, ideally including experience in working with a learning management system or security management system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint etc.
- Initiative and able to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an overriding commitment to safety
- Reliability, accountability and good judgement
