**Data Entry Administrator**

An exciting temporary opportunity has arose for a Data Entry Administrator to join our clients non-for profit organization based in Nedlands. You’ll be working alongside passionate professionals who pride themselves in ensuring their clients’ needs are treated with the highest level of care and provided with exceptional service 24/7

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Data entry and management of accurate client records
- Reporting and following up on any issues or disputes
- Ensuring a high quality, personal care approach is delivered across all company services
- Ensuring all client documentation is handled with care and confidentiality
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and NDIS staff
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required

**To be a successful applicant for this position you must have**:

- **NDIS WORKER SCREENING CHECK**:

- Strong customer service skills, and the ability to build rapport
- Attention to detail and accuracy in their work
- An empathetic, helpful, and supportive nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Understanding and experience working with NDIS

**Desirable but not essential**:

- MAC (My Aged Care) or Procura software
