Our portfolio includes premium apartment complexes throughout Perth, and we are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and work collaboratively with our concierge team.

About the Role

As the Residential Building Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction of the property. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and service providers, ensuring the building is safe, clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
  • Handle resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with strata by-laws and building regulations
  • Monitor and report on building issues or repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, invoices, and service agreements
  • Assist with emergency response procedures and incident reporting
