TSA is an Australian-owned, globally scaled, call centre operator, specialising in helping Australia’s leading brands acquire, retain and grow their consumer customer bases.

**Job Description**:
This is a newly created role, continuing our investment in our people and their learning journey. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for developing a dynamically responsive, innovative and forward-thinking learning culture and solution.

This role will take the priorities and agenda for building strong learning and capability frameworks and programs by partnering with the Operations Team, Executive Team and TSA client stakeholders to meet the evolving needs of the business. There will be a particular focus on designing effective induction programs that help us rapidly onboard new employees to support our clients with meeting the needs of their customers.

Working with your team of training delivery specialists and training design specialists, you will design and implement new L&D initiatives, induction programs, career pathways, learning hubs, promote learning communities, upgrade and revamp existing learning platforms and liaise with external vendors to monitor progress and report against agreed learning objectives and KPIs. Understanding and contributing to our business strategy will be key to delivering on-point learning solutions fit for the future.
