**What You Will Be Working On**

In your role as the GTO Manager, you'll lead a team of passionate professionals, responsible for the end-to-end management of our apprenticeship program. Collaboration will be your strength as you work closely with various departments within ABN Residential and the wider group construction and supply companies to deliver a program that not only complies with regulations but stands as a testament to excellence. Your role will include:

- Team leadership, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration
- Managing the apprenticeship program including the recruitment sign-ups, incentive and funding
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards are followed and addressed
- Community engagement and collaboration with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities presenting opportunities provided by ABN
- Strategic planning, developing and implementing plans and operational objectives
- Manage graduation and retention plans to ensure long-term success
- Compliance and record-keeping, ensuring all programs adhere to company policy and procedures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal construction and supply companies and external stakeholders such as TAFE, RTOs and funding bodies
- Financial and commercial responsibilities including cost centre management and demonstration commercial related to apprenticeship programs
- Foster and promote a strong work culture focusing on growth, individual KPIs / development plans and celebrating excellence and continuous development

**You**

We are looking for a visionary leader, someone who possesses a clear and pragmatic judgement, keeping the needs of the ABN Group at the forefront. You'll lead by example, creating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. In addition to demonstrating progress against our strategic goals, you'll actively seek out opportunities within ABN Group, nurturing collaboration.
- Understanding of a Group Training Scheme operation
- Strong auditing skills
- Understanding of WA Training packages, WAMMS portal and state and federal apprentices
- Experienced in leading teams with the ability to coach and mentor
- A strong commitment to safety

**Desirable**
- Experience in a GTO, RTO or Senior Training Management role
- Payroll/contractual knowledge including modern awards
- Building and construction apprenticeship knowledge
