**About The Role**

This role is pivotal in providing training and operational support to Resolve Finance and Bluebay Home Loans. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our learners receive the best training experience possible and ensuring we deliver effective and efficient services to our franchisees, our brokers and our customers.

This is a hands-on role and responsible for:

- Design and delivery of training to franchisees, brokers, and internal teams through inductions, webinars, and face-to-face sessions
- Maintaining training resources, policy documentation, intranet content and procedure manuals to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery to franchisees, brokers and customers

**About You**

You’re an experienced learning, development and operations professional who enjoys making a difference by delivering high impact, engaging training and proactively drive continuous operational improvement across the business.

**Experience in the franchising industry is a must**.

Some key attributes and experience include:

- Experience in designing training programs, maintaining e-Learning platforms, and using LMS systems
- Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and standard operating procedures and proceses writing
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams with strong problem-solving abilities
- Financial services experience and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) (desirable)
