Based full-time in Bassendean (Perth), you will be responsible for:Coaching and mentoring frontline leaders and supervisorsOverseeing and improving our nationally recognised apprenticeship programEnsuring skills capability, compliance, and long-term workforce developmentDriving the culture of leadership excellence and hands-on craftsmanshipThis is a high-impact, strategic role with influence across the business, supported by executive leadership and backed by significant resources.What's on Offer?
