**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proactively generate new business** through research, networking, and strategic cold outreach.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships**, delivering exceptional end-to-end customer service.
- **Develop and execute sales strategies** to exceed targets and boost company revenue.
- **Provide accurate sales reports** and market trend analyses to guide business decisions.
- **Collaborate with marketing and design teams** to create compelling promotional materials/campaigns.
- **Represent ACE Sign at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings** to showcase our solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in **B2B sales** (signage, print, construction, or related fields preferred).
- Persuasive **communication, negotiation, and closing skills**.
- Natural **relationship-builder** with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, **results-driven mindset** with strong initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, target-focused environment**.
- Knowledge of signage/wide-format printing industry (_highly advantageous_).
