This well-known organisation has a reputation for excellence and is driven by a passionate and engaged workforce. With a period of positive change occurring, they are seeking to appoint an additional HR Business Partner to support the existing team to deliver their exciting remit. Initially a 6-month engagement to start as soon as possible, the potential for extension or permanency is may be explored during this term.

With diverse priorities, the key responsibilities will include:

- Providing purposeful generalist HR advice and business partnering
- Working closely with stakeholders on performance management issues
- Coaching and guiding stakeholders on all people issues
- Updating policies and procedures to ensure they are current and relevant
- Development and preparation of HR reports for the Executive and Board
- Ad hoc projects

The key to success in this role is your ability to build relationships and provide pragmatic and meaningful HR advice. As the role will have a focus on supporting HR colleagues, a strong coaching and mentoring focus will be highly regarded. You will be commercial in your thinking, have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to manage competing priorities.
