**Key Responsibilities include**:
Manage and coordinate the daily functioning of the Office of the Medical Superintendent Gympie Hospital in order to deliver a client focused service and achieve a high level of performance in the demanding management environment.
Manage an electronic diary of meetings and appointments for the Medical Superintendent by prioritising requests for appointments and ensuring optimal time management.
Provide high level administrative support functions to the Medical Superintendent Gympie Hospital, including complaints on clinical matters.
