**The Role**
- **Shape the future**:Actively influence your domain's roadmap, partnering with product and architecture teams.
- **Innovation champion**:Identify and act on opportunities to extend and iterate on existing technology capabilities.
- **Delivery leader**:Lead the delivery of squads within your domain, driving their ways of working and continuous improvement.
- **Project management**:Manage initiative RAID, escalate and drive resolution of impediments, monitor squad health, and plan/track domain initiatives.
- **Financial accountability**:Track budgets, manage reports, and develop a deep understanding of project/program scope to support the team, escalate roadblocks, and drive delivery.

**About You**
- Experienced in Agile ways of working
- Ability to operate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority

- Experience managing large-scale technology projects and programs Experience working in a matrix organisation
