**The Opportunity**

We’re on the lookout for **two dynamic Automotive Service Advisors** to join our fast-paced, customer-focused teams at **Springwood** and **Mount Gravatt**. Representing top-tier automotive brands in our multi-franchise dealerships, you’ll be the key connection between our valued customers and our expert service teams.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Service Advisor, you’ll:

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service advice from drop-off to pick-up.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
- Prepare accurate estimates, process repair orders, and manage workflow efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with the workshop to meet timelines and deliver outstanding service.

**About You**

We’re looking for people who are:

- Passionate about **providing top-tier customer service**.
- Confident communicators and team players.
- Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Experienced in service advising or customer-facing roles (automotive background highly regarded but not essential).
- Tech-savvy with experience using service booking systems and CRMs.
- Solutions-focused, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
