Assistant Brand Manager on a full-time basis (including weekdays, weekends).

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual who shows strong customer service skills and ability to learn quickly.

**Overview**:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and enhance the customer experience, all while managing one of our shops. Working closely with the owner, you will contribute to the success of brand initiatives across various channels and touchpoints.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Shop Manager**:

- Oversee and effectively manage total store operations, including opening, selling and closing activities.
- Lead by example and provide a great customer experience with a high level of sales skill.
- Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand.
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Contribute in creating training programs for new staff members on products and sales programs.

**Brand Strategy**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies aligned with company objectives and consumer insights.
- Assist with the research and analysis of competitor activity to drive marketing and brand initiatives.

**Marketing Campaigns**:

- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives.

**Social Media Content**:

- Research and deliver social trend reports, provide social media strategy recommendation and implementation.
- Support Online Social Manager with E-commerce Photo shoots as needed.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail landscape.

**Skills and Experience**

Interest in Contemporary Jewellery and Art

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Proficiency in social media platforms

Well-spoken and clear English with confident & strong communication skills

An excellent work ethic with a high level of attention to detail and a flair for merchandising

Well presented with a happy outlook

Motivated, organised and punctual

Can work autonomously

Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends

Ears pierced required

Sales/Customer Service experience

Experience mentoring, supporting or managing a small team

Proven track record of working within a retail environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
