A high end joinery manufacturer are seeking an experienced Production Manager in the South East

**Your new role**
As the successful applicant you will have had extensive experience in the Cabinet Making industry. Ideally you will be a Cabinet Maker by trade who has worked your way up into a Production Manager role. You will be running the factory’s daily scheduling and coordinating all production, processing, and distribution of the company’s product.

**What you'll need to succeed**
This is a prominent role within the organisation, and you will be a key part of the management team. You will be technically minded and have thorough experience with the design and manufacture of kitchens both high volume and bespoke pieces. You will be overseeing the work of the QA Manager, Factory Foreman, and Production Coordinator to ensure efficient running of the factory, as well as resolving any unforeseen issues.
