**Description**

As our Programme QA Lead you will have a deep understanding and knowledge across QA principles and experience in QA Framework creation/design to ensure adherence to the required regulatory standards and our members expectations.

In this newly created 12-month FTC (with extension options) you will implement and maintain the required guidance to ensure desired standards, process and procedures are adhered to for the duration of this programme of work and embedded into the business for ongoing uplift.

Alongside the above, you will provide robust leadership to your direct reports through oversight and coaching, and indirect leadership to other project stakeholders by sharing your experience and ensuring findings from all reviews are reported and considered.

Key responsibilities include:

- Actively work with business stakeholders to incorporate learnings and improvement opportunities into standard QA business process.
- Provide engaging and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a QA program to support effective execution of the remediation and rectification programme in line with the Remediation Playbook, industry best practice, regulator expectations and member best interests.
- Ensure the QA team comply with relevant legislation (e.g. Workplace Health & Safety Regulations, Code of Conduct, Code of Practice and Privacy Principles).

Key skills & experience;
- 5- 7 years' experience working in Quality Assurance and/or Audit experience in a complex infrastructure environment (at least 2 of these at a leadership level)
- Experience in QA Framework creation/design with demonstrated ability to lead, manage and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Deep understanding of Insurance legislative requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong relationship management, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working under pressure with extensive organisational, time management, task and prioritisation skills.
- Proven problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
