**Description**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Channels, this role works across the full suite of products and services. The Manager Member Marketing is responsible for developing, leading and delivering our personalised member marketing strategy, and leveraging data and technology to deliver individualised messages to identified audiences. This team shapes our member communications touchpoints to support our members by delivering value, as well as connecting members to product and services at the right time.

**About you**

You will have a minimum 7-10 years’ experience working across client and/or agency, with strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
- People leadership and management experience
- An ability to work seamlessly at all business levels to achieve results
- Ability to understand reporting and build key insights to drive an optimisation program
- Experience in database and direct marketing campaign management
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and marketing technologies
- A strong understanding of marketing strategy and levers to drive engagement
- Experience in managing search engine marketing campaigns
- Experience in developing social media marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills
