Based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, our 3PL comes with over 20 years’ experience in the fashion and apparel industry, providing solutions to small, medium, and large companies for all their logistics, warehousing, processing, and distribution needs.

We are looking for an Administration and Customer Service Officer who is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Daily processing of customer orders and generation of pick slips for warehouse (including EDI for National Retailers such as Myer & David Jones),
- Generating labels & consignment notes through online portals,
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues, such as stock shortages & late deliveries,
- Scheduling daily courier pick-ups,
- Report generation.
- Key attributes required for this role:

- Prior administrative & customer service experience,
- Intermediate use of Office Suite
- Excel, Word, Outlook,
- Ability to work well under pressure and juggle competing priorities,
- Analytical with the ability to problem solve,
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, and high attention to detail with mínimal errors,
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively,
- Demonstrates integrity and initiative in all tasks,
- Ability to communicate and interact positively with people from various cultural backgrounds,
- Positive and customer focused approach, with ‘can do’ attitude.

Other:

- Bonus points for exposure to/ experience working with EDI and an understanding or having worked in 3PL environment,
- Vietnamese speaking,
- Current driver’s license and own transport are essential.

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
