The Role

The Analytics Manager plays an integral role in ensuring Lendlease continues to meet its global mission and vision to be the leading provider of sustainably built environments.- Lead the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards for the Retirement Living (RL) SSW function utilising Microsoft Office tools, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Enablon, Injury Master, Premium Master, NABERS, GRESB- Assist in the co-ordination of the business ESG, Mission Zero, Safety and Wellbeing Reporting.- Deploy critical thinking skills to analyse safety, sustainability, well-being, injury management and workers’ compensation statistics and performance to provide insights and trends to make informed decisions about environmental, social and health impacts of our business practices.- Interpreting complex data and translate key insights into sizeable components- Participate in the digitisation of safety and sustainability processes to identify areas that would benefit from predictive analytics and predict future events in order to take preventative action.- Provide consultative advice and develop strategies with partners and the business to increase safety, sustainability, and wellbeing- Work across the organisation to collaboratively manage risk and deliver outcomes

Your Background- Relevant tertiary qualifications- Solid Analytics experience, preferably with an ESG and/or Construction background.- Demonstrated experience collaborating with and delivering strategies to executive stakeholders- Superb communication skills and effortless persuasion skills- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Confidence with spreadsheets and reporting functions- Proficiency in Power BI - highly desirable- Experience creating and delivering a highly efficient or automated reporting suite - highly desirable
