**About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Operations, the State Manager - Vic/Tas will support the achievement of API’s Vision and the Priceline strategy by leading the Pharmacy Business Leadership team to maximise the value and performance of the Priceline Pharmacy stores; guide the tone and spirit of our Franchise partnerships; support the profitability of our Franchise Partners, all whilst executing with excellence to brand consistency standards.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to;
- Ensure the delivery of the brand’s customer service proposition to embed a customer care culture
- Lead the team to participate and contribute to our business culture and improved business performance and compliance across the network.
- Coach, develop and manage a high performing leadership team that delivers brand expectations
- Achievement of LFL sales and budgeted sales targets, with appropriate expense management to achieve EBIT
- Participate in regular review of Franchise Partners debt to determine actions to mitigate risk
- Support PBLs with financial and market acumen whilst sharing best practice across the network
- Review and analyse reports to maximise profitability
- Engage in business planning to review, protect and grow the business
- Maintain current pharmacy industry knowledge and regulations as well as adherence to the brand’s dispensary principle
- Ensure consistent brand standards around compliance and inventory to deliver best practice in store execution resulting in sales growth and a reduction in stock loss
- Ensure the alignment of brand visual merchandising guidelines
- Optimise inventory productivity and work across the region to determine solutions
- Support the delivery of our highly valued customer experience
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all employees
- Drive awareness and advocate for the Priceline Sisterhood Foundation

**About You
You are an inspirational leader who has the ability to drive Operational excellence to make moments that really matter and support the successful delivery of the Priceline strategy This coupled with your positive and engaging demeanour, team spirit and genuine passion for customer will prove beneficial in being the right person for this exciting role.

In addition, your skills and attributes could include:

- Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification in a business-related discipline (desired but not essential)
- Significant retail operations and franchisee experience working across a large multi-site portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a Retail function in a multi business unit environment
- Proven ability in driving cultural and structural change in large organisations with a collaborative approach
- Exceptional leadership skills and fostering a culture where high performance, quality and service are valued
- Proven customer orientation and ability to implement and manage a client focused service delivery.
- High level financial management skills
- Demonstrated creativity in the development of innovative solutions
- Ability to work productively cross functionally and deliver the business needs of independent franchise partners within a large corporate business
- Ability to undertaken interstate and intrastate travel on a regular basis
