What’s your Nextt Role?*
- Delivering and driving the change management plan to ensure all internal and external stakeholders are informed and aligned to the key initiatives and timelines.
- Performing ongoing reviews of the change management deliverables for the project whilst preparing Business Readiness and Adoption plans
- Assisting with all activities connected to the transition to a future state organisation
- The timely identification of change risks and implementation of mitigation plans to ensure adoption of the change.
- Owning the effective delivery of key communications and engagement levers
- Developing and owning of training initiatives to support the change
- Coaching and supporting Change Leaders and Change Advocates so that they own and lead the change in their respective areas.
- Owning the ongoing review of impact assessments for specific areas, considering people, process and system impacts, as well as revise appropriate strategies to address those impacts
- Innovation and initiative whilst working closely with the Project Sponsor to ensure change program maintains momentum

The exciting role has the preference to be based in Camberwell, however we are open to locations around Australia.
