**Job description - Marketing Assistant**
In this Marketing Operations role, you will have a huge impact in the growth of this fast growing team. Develop the experience for both team members and external customers through the development of initiatives, technology and marketing.

**Key responsibilities - Marketing Assistant**
- Organising brand merchandise & conference management
- Management of marketing automation and website maintenance
- Sales data analysis
- Developing induction materials - new starter packs creation, desk setup and induction scheduling
- First line of support for tech issues
- Liaison between tech vendors

**- Marketing Assistant**
- Educated to degree level with a marketing focus
- Tech-savvy
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- An innate ability to problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience providing great customer service.
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
