As a **Customer Liaison Officer**, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support, working alongside various teams to ensure smooth operations. Your friendly demeanor will be a welcoming presence for clients, stakeholders, and visitors, providing guidance on our organsation's services.

This role is located at our **Christies Beach site**

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Offer exceptional customer service and provide advice on our services
- Provide support to UC, Newpin, New Roads & Family by Family teams
- Make appropriate referrals to other services, showing respect and discretion at all times
- Proactively assist with administration tasks and office management
- Collaborate with the Administration team to support projects and cover busy service periods

**About You**
- Willingness to undertake or possess a Certificate III in Business or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Full, unrestricted Driver's License for accessibility
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of people
- Strong ethical customer service approach
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in community services is highly regarded_
