About the role

Our client is seeking a confident and connected Business Development Manager to drive growth across the labour hire sector. You'll thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and opening doors for a multi-disciplinary services provider to mining, marine, and agriculture companies in QLD, NSW, and WA.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining companies
  • Identify, pursue, and win new work for labour hire, shutdown, and maintenance services
  • Lead tender and proposal responses in collaboration with estimating and delivery teams
  • Represent the business at industry events, client sites, and networking forums
  • Use your people skills and credibility to turn introductions into long-term partnerships
