As the Strategic Account Manager - Corporate, you will hold a pivotal role in our Career Coaching division, reporting directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities encompass not only developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth but also ensuring utmost client satisfaction.

**A day in the life**:

- Engage in a meeting with the C-Suite government partner, actively listening, note-taking, and asking insightful questions to deeply understand their workplace gender equality needs, challenges, and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions aligned with the partner's needs, incorporating feedback to create new products or enhance existing ones.
- Join the CEO and leadership team in a strategy session to discuss growth objectives and explore partnership opportunities, brainstorming innovative ideas for expanding and strengthening strategic alliances.
- Meet with coaching and consulting teams to discuss ongoing project progress, provide guidance, and optimise service delivery based on partner feedback and industry trends.
- Analyse partnership data, revenue metrics, and client satisfaction, generating insightful reports and presentations for the leadership team with data-driven recommendations for business development.

- Demonstrating a strong understanding of workplace gender equality issues and policies, with the ability to align products and services to meet those needs effectively.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships, preferably in government or corporate partnerships, showcasing your ability to foster enduring connections.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with C-Suite executives and navigate complex stakeholder relationships proficiently.
- Display a strategic mindset that allows you to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our organisation.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills, enabling you to foster mutually beneficial partnerships that drive positive change.
