Multiple temp Capital Works Project Officer roles available across local council in Melbourne's South-East

**Your new company**
Multiple local councils in Melbourne's South-East are seeking Capital Works Project Officers/ Contract Administrators to join their teams for varied tenures between 3- 6 months commencing at the start of March

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for overseeing Building and Open Space capital works project tasks including planning, scoping, delivering and reporting for various projects, as well as being involved in tender evaluation panels. You will be required to work closely with various internal users and other stakeholders to deliver quality project outcomes on time and within budget.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Demonstrated good experience in supporting capital works projects from concept design through to handover (end to end), strong attention to detail, excellent time management and solid communication skills (written and verbal) with a high level of stakeholder management experience (both internal and external). You will also ideally have relevant qualifications in Building/construction or project management.
