This Federal Government organisation is at the forefront of nature, wildlife and environment as they strive to provide and maintain access to natural Australia for residents and visitors on a daily basis.

To ensure that assets are kept up to date, there is an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the organisation in a support role and assist with delivery of number of capital works and asset upgrades nationally.

With project sites dispersed around the country, the Project Coordinator may be required to travel to ensure scope, management and delivery of each upgrade is successful.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator will support in delivering a number of capital upgrades. This will include, but not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide project management support across delivery teams
- Draft briefing and project papers for senior internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and assist the development of procurement documentation
- Maintain project management tools to assist with project delivery
- Work independently or under limited guidance to deliver project tasks
- Co-ordinate and participate in contract management including developing scope, managing tendering processes and monitoring contract performance
- Other general administrative duties, including reporting, secretariat, scribing duties

**Essential Criteria**:

- A track record of project support working on capital infrastructure works such as footpaths, roads, telecommunications and amenity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience working with external suppliers and subcontractors
- Degree or relevant experience in Engineering and/or Construction will be highly regarded
- Hold and maintain a valid Australian motor vehicle drivers licence
