
Facilities Manager

Overview / Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our asset maintenance team, responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees. The facilities manager will essentially look after all the services that helps the business do its work.
- Demonstrated experience in facility planning management, including building maintenance, services and upgrades within a large and diverse environment.
- Proven capacity to lead a team on complex and demanding projects with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work on an individual and team basis, within a set timeframe and in an environment of change and conflicting demands.
- Strong financial competency including the development and management of annual budgets - CAPEX and OPEX
- Knowledge of facilities management across various environments including office buildings, operating plants, access ways

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years work experience in facilities asset management
- Experience in a Building, Property or Facilities related role
- Proven high performing management skills and background
- Strong leadership, management, negotiations and strategic skills
